University Paris Est-Créteil

Paris is the capital of France. With more than 2 million inhabitants it is also the largest city of the neighboring country of Germany. It is situated at the beautiful river Seine, which divides the city into a northern and a southern part.

For the centrally organized state France Paris is the main transport hub for both domestic and foreign travel. In addition, it is the political, economic and cultural center of France, in which regards the Musée du Louvre cannot be left unmentioned. Moreover, world-famous monuments and buildings are located in Paris, such as the Arc de Triomphe, the Elysee Palace or the Pantheon.

The cosmopolitan city can advertise itself with many tempting arguments. Paris is also the seat for many renowned organizations, which might be of interest for lawyers, including UNESCO, the OECD and the ICC.

University Paris Est-Créteil

The University Paris-Est Créteil Val-de-Marne was founded in 1970. Therefore, it is a very young, multidisciplinary learning institution. It offers courses in literature and the humanities, science and technology, medicine, law, economics and business, administrative sciences and pedagogics, which facilities are mostly situated in the Créteil district. However, some of these can be found in Sénart, Fontainebleau und Vitry at the Seine
